TEG is based in Sydney and consists of six colleges.

During 2007, I was working as the group compliance manager and directly reporting to the board of directors. My main responsibilities are:

- to conduct internal quality audit across all colleges;
- to prepare compliance submissions to government;
- to coordinate all sectors' continuous improvement.

My achievements are:

- By cooperating with general managers (GM) and group functional managers, I prepared VETAB, NEAS, CRICOS submissions and site audits conducted by the government under a high workload pressure within a very tight timescale.

- Having setup a documents-dissemination-platform, which considerably saves the communication cost and improves the coordination efficiency among all colleges.
